Organic Stress Relief – Myth or Reality?2 min read
It’s “Dry January.” If you are actively observing or avoiding this semi-popular wellness activity, you know that Dry January is the trend whereby people give up alcohol for the month of January as a way to recover from holiday indulgences. And whether I believe in it or not, I am participating for the second year in a row. In addition to alcohol, I am also giving up any prescription or over-the-counter meds (within reason, if I got sick and needed an antibiotic, I would take it without hesitation).
You know what else is a popular topic in January? Stress. The kind that comes from scenarios like this: I’ve been off from work for the holidays and now I need to catch up; My company is heavily focused on getting off to a strong start; My home and work lives are both immensely busy and this winter weather is not motivating me to keep up with it all.
Now I am stressed and though I have logged a lot of miles and steps and taken hundreds of deep breaths, the stress is not going away. In my quest for help, I turned to Genexa Stress Relief tablets. According to their website this supplement, “Addresses symptoms associated with stress, such as fatigue, nervousness, anxiousness, irritability, inability to concentrate and hypersensitivity.” We are further encouraged to, “Experience the world’s first Certified Organic and Non-GMO homeopathic stress relief medicine. “
I have been pleasantly surprised to see how effective this product has been – and even more so, how quickly it has worked. Since these are non-habit forming, organic and chewable, I do not hesitate to use them (as directed) when I think I need a little help getting over an anxiety hump. With Amazon selling them through Prime for less than $14 for 60 tables, I think they are a solution worth considering if you are experiencing some anxiety, irritability or sleeplessness.
If you are participating in Dry January, hang in there! Only 18 more days to go. If you are not observing it, then please, have a drink for me!
